This software is licensed, not sold. Use is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA), granting a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within the licensed organisation. Reverse engineering, redistribution, sub-licensing and derivative works are prohibited except as permitted by mandatory applicable law.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The publisher's liability is limited to the fees paid for the current subscription term. The customer is responsible for maintaining backups of records produced through the software.
Personal data processed by this extension (user names, signature images, audit-log entries) is processed under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019 — on the basis of the customer organisation's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where applicable, contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Records are stored locally within the customer's Manager.io instance. The publisher does not collect, transmit or access customer data through this extension.
